If any of you have ever been to a restaurant called Macaroni Grill, you'll know that they put paper on the tables...
...and then they give you CRAYONS to draw on the paper with.
IT'S AMAZING, RIGHT?! (Right.)
And in case you were wondering, the waiters all practice writing their names upside down a couple times when they're first hired. Also, upside-down cursive is easier than you'd think... according to our slightly amused waiter when I blurted out the question in the middle of ordering food.
I LOVE your new layout :D
ReplyDeleteAnd I LOVE Macaroni Grill!! The one near here burned down, and we haven't been back since it got rebuilt, but the drawing on the table cloths was awesome!!
Yeah, for some reason the waiters there are all really funny and nice.
Does yours have that glass wall where you can watch them cook and use dry erase markers to draw on the glass? (Okay, when you're four that is REALLY fun. Now we just like wondering if they're going to set something on fire.)
*gasp* We don't have a fun glass window with dry-erase markers! I'M SO JEALOUS. :D
ReplyDeleteThree cheers for restaurants that have paper tablecloths and crayons! Here's one of my best "appetizers": Crayons, Prost! :)
